“I’ve always tried to maintain a healthy lifestyle, the importance of being mobile and exercising regularly is the key ingredient to living longer. Whilst saying this, exercise for me is almost the first thing that drops of my list when my work schedule becomes hectic, simultaneously my motivation drops as it’s so easy to say I’ll start again tomorrow. I Joined the tribe over 5 weeks ago and I haven’t looked back. “I have been going to classes for three weeks now and already feel the difference! Ang is a great trainer, very motivating, kind and very fit. If needed, she offers up alternative moves which is a must for me with a total hip replacement and I can still join in on all the classes.
