Overnight oats

I could literally eat this for every meal, and it’s so quick and easy to make

Overnight oats (makes 2 large serves)

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 milk of your choice

  • 1/4 cup yoghurt (I make my own, it is soooo easy to make)

  • 1 tbs chia seeds

Mix it all together and leave…you guessed it…overnight! The next day mix through some more yoghurt to loosen it up.

Pop the overnight oats into a bowl with homemade muesli, some mango, and a bit more homemade yoghurt. Yummo!!
